Head of Residential Development of Cordia Poland, branch of Cordia International – part of the international Futureal Group based in Hungary, one of ten biggest development and investment groups in Central Europe. Cordia is active in Hungary and Romania, and since 2014 also in Poland. It consequently develops its portfolio of projects completed and in progress. In 2020 Cordia acquired a majority stake in Polnord S.A., a Polish development company. In April 2020, Michał Melaniuk has been entrusted with the fuction of the President of the Management Board at Polnord. Prior to joining Cordia Poland, Michał Melaniuk worked for Skanska Group for almost 4 years. First as vice-president, and then the president of Skanska Residential Development Poland he was responsible for introducing the company to the Polish market, its further development as well as the coordination of the first residential projects. From 2007 to 2011 Melaniuk worked as the commercial director at GTC S.A., a company which is one of the major developers in CEE and SEE regions. He started his professional career in 1998 in the structures of the Golub-Europe investment and development company, presently Avestus Real Estate. He was the commercial director in the company until 2007. Michał Melaniuk is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.

Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland since 2019. Mr Wasilewski has been managing director of Nowy Styl Hungary Ltd since 1991. He began his professional career in 1985 as the office manager of Saturnus Tours, the Szentendre City Management Company. Mr. Wasilewski took part in a number of expert, legislative and public benefit works, for example in 1988 he organized the stay of 2,000 Polish flood-affected children in Hungary. He was the initiator and co-founder of the Polish Business Forum in Budapest, and since 2000 he has been working for the benefit of the Hungarian Charity Service of the Order of Malta. Among the received decorations, the following should be distinguished: Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland for activity in Hungary, Knight's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Hungary, Honorary Citizenship od Szentendre Order of Merit of the Republic of Hungary. Born in 1963. Gratuated of the economics at Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) and received a hotel engineering degree at College of Hotel Management and Commerce.

Anna Wisniewski is an expert of the Polish economy and Polish-Hungarian foreign economic relations, with more than 15 years of professional experience. Between 2010 and 2014 she served as commercial counsellor at the Hungarian Embassy in Warsaw, between 2014 and 2019 she was Commercial Attaché at the General Consulate of Hungary in Krakow. Since 2019 she is adviser of CED Central European Economic Development Network Ltd for Poland and associated research fellow of the Institute for Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary. Previously, she worked as senior research fellow for the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Institute for World Economics, where she focused on the Polish economy, and monetary and fiscal policy in Central Europe. Between 1999 and 2002 she worked as desk officer for Poland in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Hungary. Holds PhD in economics from the Corvinus University of Economics in Budapest, Department of International relations. She also graduated the Budapest Business School, Foreign Trade Faculty, European studies, as well as the Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of Humanities, at Polish Studies, and finished English Studies as well.

Mr. Tomasz Lisiecki has been gaining experience in the real estate sector for almost two decades. After graduating in economics and finance from University of Toronto, he joined in 2004 TriGranit Poland holding several positions at the company. Started as commercial manager of residential project in Katowice (Oak Terraces), then in 2007 promoted to development director of office project in Krakow (B4B office complex). From 2008 Mr. Lisiecki was a Country Director of TriGranit Poland and Chief Development Officer and Managing Director of TriGranit Corporation head office in Budapest. At that time TriGranit was building Poznan City Center – an integrated transport, entertainment, and commercial hub of Poznan. After TPG’s acquisition of TriGranit in 2015, Mr. Lisiecki became the Chief Investment Officer of the corporation. Two years later he left TriGranit and moved to Sweden to work for Citycon Stockholm as Chief Development Officer. In 2019 Mr. Lisiecki re-joined TriGranit as Chief Executive Offices and is now successfully holding this position. Mr. Lisiecki is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg School of Management and WHU–Otto Beisheim School of Management.
