HUNGEXPO - SIRHA Budapest 2026

As the official representative of HUNGEXPO in Poland, we are pleased to invite you to participate in SIRHA Budapest 2026, either as an exhibitor or professional visitor. The event will take place from March 3 to 5, 2026, at the Hungexpo Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center (H-1101 Budapest, Albertirsai út 10).

SIRHA Budapest is the most important international trade show in the region for the food industry, bakery, confectionery, gastronomy, and hospitality sectors. The 2024 edition hosted over 26,000 professional visitors from 42 countries and more than 300 exhibitors from 16 countries, and the upcoming event promises even greater opportunities.

The exhibition provides a high-level professional platform for showcasing innovations, establishing strategic partnerships, and connecting with industry decision-makers from across the region, including Austria, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Serbia, and Romania. Visitors and exhibitors will also benefit from a wide range of professional events such as conferences, roundtable discussions, competitions (e.g. Public Catering Championship), and dedicated programs like the Future Store and Ice Cream Adventure 2026.

Exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of the Early Bird rates valid until June 16, 2025:

• 9–47 m²: 114 EUR/m² (after Nov 17: 137 EUR/m²)

• 48–95 m²: 110 EUR/m² (after Nov 17: 133 EUR/m²)

• over 96 m²: 104 EUR/m² (after Nov 17: 125 EUR/m²)

Key sectors include food and beverage products, bakery and confectionery solutions, kitchen and HoReCa equipment, and packaging technology with a focus on sustainability.
