Dr. Nóra Nagy-Baranyi

Dr. Nóra Nagy-Baranyi is the founder and managing attorney of Nagy-Baranyi Law Office (NBLEGAL), a boutique Hungarian law firm advising domestic and international businesses on corporate, commercial, employment and regulatory matters. Her practice focuses particularly on data protection, AI governance, e-commerce, and the practical implementation of European Union legislation affecting digital services and emerging technologies.

With more than 15 years of legal experience, Nóra has advised multinational companies, international corporate groups, investment firms and innovative technology businesses on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters. She also headed an in-house legal department, giving her first-hand management experience and a practical understanding of how legal advice supports business operations and strategic decision-making.

She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Computer and Communications Law from Queen Mary University of London, is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and a Certified Sustainability Manager. Her goal is to help businesses transform regulatory compliance into a strategic advantage that supports sustainable growth, innovation and responsible business operations.
